- Include bike paths in long range regional planning
- Create a model ordinance for adoption by the Centre Region municipalities
- Every new road and park should include a bike path
- Maintenance of bike routes year round, removing snow, broken glass, etc
- Safe streets for bicyclists
- Especially, make Atherton, Beaver, College Avenues safe for bicyclists
- Whitehall Road needs a bike shoulder or lane
- Education to increase other-awareness of car drivers, bicyclists, pedestrians, buses
- Share the road campaign
- Intersection safety practices - traffic signals, police enforcement, etc
- Red light sensor for bikes at stop lights (currently only auto weights can activate)
- Reduce car traffic and congestion!
- Safe routes for children
- Commuter accessibility into town
- Make all-weather biking possible
- Covered bike path on commuter routes
- Demonstrate appreciation for CATA bike racks - use them!
